What is your return policy for pet apparel and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed pet fashion items. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your pet's neck, chest girth, and back length carefully. If your pet falls between two sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Are your pet garments machine washable?
Most of our fabric-based items are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, we recommend checking the specific care label on each garment for exact instructions to maintain the quality of the materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
